DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are fulfilled usually the next working day and always within 2-3 working days unless the order is placed as "pre-order" which in some cases can take up-to 2-3 weeks to fulfil. For more information on delivery times please contact us on info@calimylarpacks.co.uk.

Orders are shipped using a variety of providers depending on the size, weight and delivery option chosen. All orders are sent Royal Mail Service while larger and international orders are sent via Evri, Yodel or FedEx.

 

Once your order has been processed you will be sent a tracking code via email which can be checked on your account when Logged in. Please note that we dispatch all Royal Mail deliveries via Signed For service, which doesn't provide tracking information, as the parcel moves through the postal system. You will however receive a delivery confirmation/collection notice once the 1st delivery attempt has been made.
