Do you offer B2B pricing ?Yes, our B2B pricing starting from orders over 500 bags. Please contact us directly for more details. Please note that business customers are not eligible to collect points on their orders. The loyalty programme is only for a retail customers and drop-shipping customers.

Can you produce a customised bags ?Unfortunately we do not have a capacity to produce customised mylar packing at this moment. We are focusing on production of large quantities of bags, so that we can offer you the best possible price.

Is there something we should improve ?We would love to hear from you and any suggestions on how we could improve our service is welcome! We will reward the best ideas with a free points, items and discount codes.

What is pre-order ?We offer customers to pre-order bags that are currently not in stock. This means you can order your item and we will dispatch it to you as soon as we have it back in stock. The pre-order items generally takes 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
